They have big roached and mold in apartment all maintenance do is cover up by painting. They show you the renovated apartment but you dont see the real deal until you move in. I am just waiting for my house to be ready and I will be out of here. I stayed too long in this disgusting apartment.

Getting anything fixed in the apartment is a mission and there is a great deal of turnover in the front office. On top of that, I just received notice that the management plans to raise my rent when the lease is over by about $85 dollars per month. Find somewhere else to rent because they will say anything to get you through the door. Not sure if I saw a different member of the staff than the previous review but I went to the property to see 1/1 apartments available and from the beginning, the woman there was obviously annoyed. When I asked if I could see a model, she said it “depends on what model”. I told her it didn’t matter to me, I would see what was available for the time frame I’m interested in.
