I really appreciate that it never felt like finances was what mattered at Park Place. It always felt like mom’s care was front and center. As far as case management and care coordination activities are concerned, Anna was awesome. Mom has a Medicare Advantage Plan and we quickly learned that UHC can be a little stingy with days covered. We received the first Notice of Non-Coverage from UHC before mom was strong enough to safely discharge home.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Having little familiarity with Speech Therapy, I can only imagine that Leah is the example that most speech therapists aspire to be. The passion for her work and love of people is evident in her interactions. Lastly, if my wife were writing this review, she would be raving about Kaitlyn. My father is in a nursing home right now but he's doing rehab.
I've been with ParkPlace for many of years. We have such a loving family environment. I appreciate our precious residents and all of our staff for all they do here.

The one main complaint we had was when mom was experiencing increased confusion, all signs pointed to UTI. The first issue was that the outside lab didn’t return results for over 48 hours. I was frustrated and promptly reached out to both Hunter and Michelle. Also, I have tip of the hat to Michelle for being an administrator who is willing to jump in the trenches.
Most of staff was friendly, but occasionally would not help at all. She did not think the rehab she did was appropriate and did.not help her much. Dear Shocked, A mattress on the floor is an acceptable practice if a resident frequently falls while getting out of bed.

I think they need to curb the fried part of it. The aides need to be a little more attentive and they should be encouraged more to do that. Eventually somebody gets in, but it's a long time. I usually would walk around , go in, and help them with their television. I don't know if I'm allowed to do that, but I do hope so.
Beautiful facility with Staff that is knowledgeable and caring. Resident's are smiling and appear happy. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.
Park Place was recommended by the doctor at the hospital and his primary care physician because it is closer to their home as well. For the most part, the staff is very attentive. It seemed they don't rush to help the patient go to the bathroom, but I keep in mind too that they have so many patients to get to the bathrooms. But it's hard and humiliating for like even my father who could just sit there and wet his pants. You're always going to have some people on the staff that don't seem to really want to do anything.
This looks very bad, what facility would allow such even if this was requested by a family member, for whatever reasons... As we are all aware, germs are everywhere. Shame on the family and facility for allowing this to continue. Feel free to let us know about any special needs or ideas to help your loved one. I know several people that works there in the kitchen and they all need a bonus. Every one of the caregiver’s seemed pleasant and helpful.

Great security at front door, clean and spacious space. Room smell refreshing, Friendly staff, my mom seemed to enjoy the food and interaction with staff members. Park Place is a home away from for your loved ones. I am pleased to tell everyone that our facility is one of the best nursing home and rehabilitation facility around. All our residents and family members are our number one priority! And I am very proud to be a part of this wonderful family oriented facility. The facility is very clean and beautiful.
I chose it because its three miles away from Monroe Georgia which is my hometown. They've got a couple of registered nurses. They also got exercise crew that knows what they are doing. I can't barely make it to the room in a wheelchair six months ago and now I am exercising well over 45 minutes a day.

It has been an absolute pleasure working at Park Place. I have been a housekeeper at Park Place for 3 years. The employees here always go above and beyond for the residents.
